1. Agreement to Terms

2. Service Estimates & Quotes

Quotes provided by Caytech Air Conditioning are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during service.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion unless prior arrangements or payment plans have been established. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our invoices. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Warranties & Liability

All workmanship is warranted for a specific period as defined in your service contract. Manufacturer warranties apply to all parts and equipment. Caytech Air Conditioning is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from equipment failure.

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

We strive to meet all scheduled appointments. However, we reserve the right to reschedule due to emergencies or extreme weather conditions. Customers are requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Cayman Islands.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
